• Work takes minimum of 30 days. Larger pieces take 60 days minimum.•Payment is up front 100%. Payment plans can be discussed though ♥•All work, unless otherwise discussed and contracted, is for personal/domestic usage only.•Credit must be posted. Do not claim it as your own. Never remove my watermark•I have the right to post the artwork within any online portfolio unless previously discussed.•Chargebacks will result in being blacklisted.•You do not have the rights to sell or mint the pieces for NFTs.•My work is to never be fed to AI machines in any way• I do not work off of AI generated images/references in any way and I am fully against AI generation due to the theft and other copious amounts of illegal content within the sets.• Please contact me prior to having any edits done on your piece._______________Adoptable Policy• Credit must be give to me as the design creator ♥• Do not resell my designs for more than what you purchased at. (adding on price of additional artwork is fine!!)_______________• Cancellation/Refund Policy •• I do not offer refunds on finished products. All sales are final once product is delivered.• If, for whatever reason, you demand a full refund during work in progress stages, you lose all rights to any portion of the piece completed and said piece will be used as a YCH. Your character will be removed from it.• Artist Cancellation •• If I cancel your slot/commission for any reason, you will receive a full 100% refund.This usually is only done if I discover your request is above my ability after I've accepted it or life gets in the way and causes me to go beyond a reasonable time frame.• Client Cancellation •• If this happens for any reason, you will be refunded the % of work remaining. You will receive whatever stage it is at as a product along with your partial refund._______________• Colour changes •• I will do any colour tweaking/changes free for you! Just send me a message! However, if you use it in something like vTube studio, I do not mind colour shifts!_______________• Commercial Rights TOS •• Unless you purchase commercial rights, copyright over all artwork done by me will remain with me as the only author of said piece. You will retain only ownership of the IP within the piece itself.• By purchasing CRs you will gain access to being able to sell the artwork on merchandise for profit, use it to advertise, use it on stream, any monetary way outside of selling or redistributing the file as itself. (Example: You can make 100s of stickers with it, put it on shirts, put it on cups, use it as a boob pad, ect but you cannot sell the digital file by itself on Etsy)• You will gain primary-authorship of the piece, with me still retaining the rights to posting it in my portfolio, using it to advertise my services as the artist, and do DMCA/Takedown requests as needed.
